Flora and Fauna

Throughout this project I am going to take inspiration from a variety of artists and their work. All of the artists I research I hope to take inspiration from, below shows a variety of images of artists work sourced from either Google Images or Pinterest.  The images above display different forms and interpretations of photographing flora, to start my project I will be focussing on the flora element where I plan to start photographing flowers followed by incorporating elements of artists and photographers by using different techniques such as Photoshop and mixed media. As my project develops and progresses I am going to incorporate fauna elements. 

Above displays my starting point for this project. The title of this project is Flora and Fauna, Flora refers to vegetation and Fauna refers to animals. The brainstorm above focusses on the different  techniques which can be used in order to achieve different outcomes in my project. I aim to use a variety of materials and techniques alongside taking inspiration from different artists. The examples of techniques above can be used when focussing on either the Flora or Fauna aspect of my project title whereas some techniques will be able to incorporate both such as mixed-media.
